I also voted online with a TD Ameritrade email that sent me to a web site that was called I believe proxy vote and had the proper agenda by items. I voted “for” all items and for all current BOD at one time.
Never received anything after that in the email. I found it strange that it said something like “proxy vote” as the web site. But assumed that was the contractors company name tallying the votes.
