1. Still no News (about a month after we're told "News Coming Soon") Fact
2. Still no 10-K (told would be done in Weeks, back in August 2012) Fact
3. Now no 10-Q (Not only no 10-Q, but Tom didn't even file for extension) Fact
4. No 10-Q KILLS any near term opportunity for 10-K!!!!
I read the OTC Pink Guidelines and "Fact" is my interpretation for 4. and is supported by the latter part of 3. above.
5. No Revenues (If they did have revenues, they would've PR' d it)
Can we all agree with "Likely" for 5.
6. Where's the Vapes! (Does RFMK actually have Vapes???)
I still say the information provided by RFMK on 6. is "Cloudy"
7. 2B AS Fact
8. 1.685B OS (Is it higher NOW?) 1.685B OS is Fact as of 2/15/2013
9. 1.4B+ Float (guesstimate) really darn close, if not Fact
10. No idea how many "Preferred" Shares yet to be converted.. Fact
10. is Fact until proven otherwise, Does anybody here even think Tom Allinder knows???
11. No idea how many more shares RFMK has to fork over to Ironridge Global.. for the first Tranche of financing let alone the second Tranche.. Fact
I do believe Tom Allinder knows this one and I fear that there are still several 10's of millions still to be issued for the first "Tranche".. Until information is disclosed 11. is Fact!
12. In just a few weeks facing Ironridge potential to "Short" RFMK shares as 180 Day exclusion period is about to expire.. Fact
13. With AS being as close as it is to being maxed out, one "Should" worry about whether an Increase in the AS will happen, and by how much...
13. isn't necessarily a Fact, but it absolutely is a "Legitimate Concern"
14. ..then of course we have the possibility that RFMK could initiate a Reverse Split ... Ditto 13. as a Legitimate Concern
Correction: As stated, 14. is indeed a Fact!
15. No more Cheryl Shuman??? (I'd dump RFMK at this point if I were her!)
Cheryl Shuman is "The" only person keeping RFMK alive. IMSHO, 15. should be a "Huge" concern!
If I'm wrong or if anybody has information to the contrary, PLEASE correct me or even provide your opinion as to why my above shared "Opinions" are way off!
