So here I have a question for anyone who has medical knowledge on the board :
A patient with advanced pancreatic cancer stage 4 and liver Mets has an obstructed biliary duct and his Bilirubin is up to 7-8 ( normal is less than 1.0). Has failed 4 different chemotherapies including the Alec Trabek one with “killer T cell “ infusions plus checkpoint inhibitors and after 3 months of this “immunotherapy “ novel treatment with severe side effects , his pancreatic tumor increases 3 times and his liver Mets and abdominal Mets increase in number and size . Then said patient gets Leronlimab as compassionate care and his primary tumor decreases to 1.2 after 4 doses on monotherapy and later necrotizes alongside the liver and peritoneal Mets . Then it is noticed that after 8 doses his bilirubin starts to come down and Then he can have the abdominal tube removed after 12 doses ?
So the question is : Would you want to know if this molecule is available for other patients and when can we get it ?
