and has a pretty good idea what a fair market value for our PPS could/should be in the near future….the definition of new beginnings is coming our way, no real complaints about present life but ready for some put on the back burner same ol same ol and try some new things since time will be on my hands in retirement, crazy to type but that’s what Doc been saying for years and years and years…pennies(present situation) to dollars(future)(praying near future), long and strong UNVC LONGS,
