EMMITT (who has me on ignore): Just curious, where you do get those percentage numbers for approvals? I can make up numbers too, but they'd be far more realistic based on history, not hopes and prayer. And believe me, I'd love for your numbers to be right, but it's pretty clear right now (yes, it can change) that the street STRONGLY disagrees with you.
And in Vegas, one's odds (you claim less than 48% at best) depend upon what game they're playing and whether or not they actually KNOW how to play to the maximum ability. As a former card counter who studied with a highly skilled player from the MIT team (from the book Bringing Down the House and movie 21), I can tell you that playing with 6 decks and perfect strategy, a card counter has a 1% advantage over the casino, it depending on the game, it can goes as high as almost 2.5%
And yes, I said I wouldn't post for another few days, but the street was clearly not impressed by yesterday's rather meaningless conference call and while many will continue to just blame it on 13d still, if you're not seeing the history of the SP dropping like a rock EVERY TIME that NP speaks...well, I can explain it you but I cannot understand it for you. He needs to be quiet until there is REALLY something to say, not another call with 30 minutes of talk, 20 of which are always a rehash of what they had accomplished years ago and 10 that start with "God willing..."
