I suggest the reason HIMR or any new company is not starting business in the United States right now is because of over-bearing regulations.  I can cite some of the restrictions and regulations in place by the EPA, DNR, local, state, and federal agencies.  Also, unless one can find a forest of black walnut submerged somewhere in the U.S., the value of most trees found in our waters is less than the rare species found around equatorial rain forests.  Just my opinion.
