"SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
Well, it seems like “forever” but things are finally moving on! I’m doing a “short cut” and posting a portion of 5 videos that we are editing for re-posting post our NFT Seminar. I chose this one, because as everything else “comes together”, shareholders can get a better education on the process. Also, we are working on a PR that will add more information and announce several new portals and other updates. However, in the meantime, people can share this video and I’m also adding the following new information. We are still working through the “shares” dividend, but that will take a little time, and FINRA’s approval at the end. In the meantime, we will overcompensate our PRPM and BDGR shareholders, (while we wait). But here are the GOOD News:
1. Our CTO, Joe, has been working with several shareholders from our Seminar assisting with the Tokens transfer. He is asking for shareholders to email him at j@blackdracos.com Most of you have been patient and understand that we are “pioneering” the whole new system and the new way of dividends payments and distribution for Microcap Companies trading on OTC Markets.
2. Joe and his team are now more “hands on” with the distribution and “payout” since the “Token Mining” and “Token Minting” has been completed several weeks ago, and he is streamlining the “acquisition” process, especially since most people are not familiar with the “Token Systems” and the E-Wallet/blockchain process. Joe wanted everyone to keep an eye for his www.blackdracos.com portal, which is being tested as we speak, and he will be using it as a Tutorial and Information dissemination tool. I believe that it will go “LIVE” this Friday, if not sooner.
3. The company also “covered” the “gas” fees associated with the “tokens” transfer, so that our shareholders are not “charged” for their tokens and “gas” money, i.e. transfer fees.
4. At the seminar, it may be a little “hard to hear”, but Joe did state that at that time of the launch, his first 100 Million B$D Tokens started showing a nice “print” of $ .005 cents per token. This is when Joe compares to BDGR “closing” PPS at $ .0007 on that Friday. However, being more excited I was trying to have Joe quote the other two trading sampled amount numbers that we saw earlier that morning, however, he was being extra conservative and announced THE lowest number that was posted. At this point, seeing other development (which I should be able to disclose this Friday), I can now “tease” our shareholders by admitting that we had $ .10 cents to $ .15 cents per token range. That was VERY encouraging! But for now, $ .005 cents is still a great start!
I wanted to thank everyone who participated both live in person, and those who took time and watched the “podcast” of the NFT Seminar. Nothing that is GREAT comes easy, nor immediately (as we all would like). However, I’m happy and excited with what we have developed so far, and I look forward to rolling out the rest of the PLAN and the Tokenization of all our other companies, that IS DEFINITELY The future!"
