people simply don't take him at his word Army...oh well....you can't say he didn't say so...he said no change in the float...hasn't changed? he said no change in the capital structure..hasn't changed? he said so many things..and all have come true..the timing of course has been off..understandably..you can't control everything. He said we'd be current...we are..he filed with attorney letters..
now he puts out a form 4 to indicate and reveal his intentions and yet again people question his motives by making crude commentary because these are miserable people pounding the table always wanting more..
no dilution...just like float hasn't changed...means NO DILUTION!
not going to convert dollars to pennies. makes absolutely no sense.
you can't buy clinics with a 22m shares valued at 1.8m $
