The new up listing will enable the company to raise capital and also move to a different trading exchange! A move to the Amex will attract interest from larger capital funds so although there is a reverse split 1:10 the new pps of $5 enables for more capital funding to be generated. I suspect Pasaca may also be interested in funding provided the company retires convertible debts! The issue price could quickly gain traction and volume could rise quickly keeping your current investment secure.
