Absolutely not. He needs 35 to 50 million dollars, maybe more, just to close on the purchase of the clinics and that we are a month past the "on or around" date of closing. There is not enough shares in the Univec, Inc. treasury of authorized shares at .08 to even put a down payment on them. Plus the dilution would hurt Doc just as much as hurting us and Doc really more as he owns at least 52% of the outstanding shares. Doc probably owns more like 80% to 90% as I assume he bought all or most of the toxic investors shares in late summer as he indicated they "are gone" to at least two board members and screen shots were posted. To get rid of them cost at least 55 million dollars, just look at the old EDGAR filings at the terms. We also know none of those shares ended up in the float.
I have to ask why is it even a question here if he is selling before news?
