My opinion is that Doc needs to roll up his private companies in order to get the share price to dollars so he can close the deals on the clinics. I can't explain why he stated in the PR that the clinic acquisition was expected to close around Sep 30th.
Knowing that form 144 would be needed, I think it was smart to fill it out early. This resulted in a short blip on a 7 cent stock. I think the impact would be greater had he waited to fill it out until after he got the stock up to dollars. There is no reason to fill out form 144 unless he plans on using it fairly soon. So, either he gets these companies rolled up for Q3 or Q3 is just another empty shell like Q2 was and then he gets the roll up going. We will find out over the next several weeks.
