My preference is that information be shared with the investors as it develops. The whole idea that we need PRs to move the pps is nice for traders but not for investors. Significant pps movement is directly related to sales, installations and revenue. If you don't have that you don't have anything, just another shell game going on.
I don't believe that PRs about a new facility, the end of the lawsuits, becoming fully reporting, and small fleet deals can hurt HLNT. If they don't dramatically drive the share price of the company, that's ok with me. They lend 'gravitas' to the company and it's management team. With the constant improvement of the Hy-Impact products and the addition of telematics, the big deals will probably be delayed a little anyway.
In the meantime, the "cone of silence" creates doubt and mistrust.
