DOC filed a form 144 with the SEC to sell approximately 23 million shares of UNVC (to finance his clinic acquisitions) with an estimated sale date of 10/25/21 for the shares. The SEC rules say that DOC has 90 days (3 months) from that 10/25/21 date to sell the shares. He has the right to sell all, or some, or none of the shares, -as he desires. But before he can sell any shares he must first roll everything into the UNVC Conglomerate, -as he isn't allowed to sell any shares from the UNVC shell, which is what we have now.
