You missed the point. You can't hit the primary endpoint if you don't have enough patients to complete the trial. Severe requires 612 patients which led me to believe that's why NP said we may not hit the end point for Severe.
Speaking of "needing hearing aids". My hearing is fine but you only hear what you want to hear. Perhaps it's time to change the filter.
