GNBT continues to dilute stocks to pay salaries and part of debt / notes.
The acquiring company buys a large part of these shares. Therefore, their share of ownership of GnbT is constantly increasing.
If we alone see what new shares have been added to the O / S in the last 3 months, we are talking about a good 15/20% of the entire O / S. A takeover requires at least 51%.
For example, if the rate lands at $ 0.1 and then a takeover offer is made
30/40/50 cents come ... then that will surely be accepted by the remaining part, the missing 51%.
The majority of the management alone will certainly be negotiating positions for themselves in the new company for a few years again!
For most old shareholders, a takeover of $ 0.3, $ 0.4, $ 0.5 will of course only help to a limited extent.
