Seems plausible mikey that he was likely looking into it as a possibility... haven't checked but wonder what drawbacks are involved with SPACs. Dr. Dalton has very publicly at presentations mentioned having had or started as many as 40 companies during his life.. some he still has and maybe others not but it could be more expeditious, easier and right to bring them in via acquisitions under one umbrella or Conglomerate utilizing the SPAC process, if there are more benefits than negatives.
