That does seem to be the way it was set up, but if they aren't making progress over here, I don't see why Generex couldn't send them what they have and get the ball rolling over there. The Chinese CDC was part of that group. I don't see why they need the IND from the US. I'm also worried they are going to lose interest if something doesn't happen soon.
