Here are some of my factual posts removed from the RMHB board:
Did anyone ever question the validity of the Form 15? I think they are making the right choice to file a Form 15 and be an OTC Market filer but why do they list 301 as number of shareholders?
"They would file formal bankruptcy and get the Q if applicable..
Form 15 is an escape to alternative reporting such as OTC Markets disclosure.
I will buy as much of this stock I can the day it becomes Pink."
