Think I remember that being part of a Q&A or maybe something Dr. Kelly stated a few months back. It struck me as a "taking no chances" on meeting the endpoint (and crushing it) for Critical.
I agree… with 4 IV max doses of 700mg the quick reaction of only 1-2 hours instead of a subcutaneous injection time being 24-48 hours for reaction.
This should show immediate reactions for most patients. As quickly as it is introduced into the patients system. We should see testimonials of patients and doctors seeing it working fast with no doubt that Leronlimab is being that miracle we all hoped it would show in previous trials. It’s time for Leronlimab to shine and show the world just what we have in the miracle molecule.
Let’s hope it knocks it out of the park! A home run is what I want to see! This Critical dosing is crushing it as the best possible dosing to show just how well it will work. Only thing that could be better… could be longer dosing of 6-8 weeks of dosing. But hopefully we don’t go there. That everyone reacts with the complete recovery reaction we hope for. This is exciting just waiting to see the performance of this critical trial.
