Someone on the Yahoo Message Board was drawing parallels to institution level CSP and EUA. I tried to post this clarification as a reminder of what the CSP really means and Yahoo zapped any text or link post about it. A YMB member requested that I post on Investor Hangout, so I did. It is just informational. Please don't shoot the messenger. The CSP is very positive. I did not mean to suggest otherwise.
