It's not clear from the vide0.
First, Dr. del Mundo says it's 41,000-45000 pesos per a 350 mg VIAL with 5 vials (2-1-1-1) for the course which if so would be over $4000 total, a whole lot of money for Filipino people. But then the host says it's for entire course of 5 vials, not per a vial. That would seem unreally cheap.
