When you need to kill a snitch or whistleblower you kill his wife, girlfriend or the girl next door and blame him. Or you kill a cop and blame him.
No one dares question it.
In this case he killed her. Sure he had national security clearance and worked at one of the five aggregation facilities compiling all of US Citizens information and formally was navy working for the NSA in Utah, but that is irrelevant.... Not even worth mentioning.
