CERTIFICATION AND NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF REGISTRATION
Did anyone question the validity of the Form 15 ?
Their filing:
"Approximate number of holders of record as of the certification or notice date: 301"
"A company must have fewer than 300 shareholders to be eligible to file Form 15."

Why would they jeopardize the "approximate number" by saying 301 when 299 would be satisfactory to the SEC?
The Form 15 takes effect after 90 days (if approved after review). After 90 days they are no longer required to satisfy the SEC requirements of "Current Information" i.e. one 10K two10Qs yearly.
I'm question the Form 15 (it might not be valid per SEC standards).
I do believe they applied for OTCIQ access so they can publish filings to OTC Markets. Expert Market now (grey), but it only takes one unaudited yearly financial with OTCM to become Pink (yeild) and be trading again. I do believe they will file with OTCIQ. Watch for it. But don't fall for it.
The share structure is super for a .0006 stock:
AS: 1B
OS: 412M
US: 151M
No doubt in my mind that they won't get this trading again. Just a few hoops to jump though.
If SEC does not accept this Form 15 after 90 days, they will still be subject due to SEC requirements. Watch share structure.

The SEC can suspend this stock if they are still required to be a registrant (probably after a year)
There will be a run but it will end in doom. They are going to get current with OTC Markets and increase OS. My guess is that they want this to die. I hope to be wrong.

All of this will take some time though. Not saying this can't do well if they wanted it to but all of my research leads me to believe they want it to fail.
As a side note: I will be buying RMHB once it turns to Pink Yield because there will be a surge in buying pressure then. Set an alert and be the first to see it.
