If I knew the stock was going to be worth "a lot" next week, I would notify people today that I'm going to sell starting next week. Oh wait, Doc does know when the stock is going to be worth a lot, and he did notify us today that he's going to sell some starting next week, and reinvest it in UNVC. Hmmm...next week should be big, IMHO. Oh, and I might be selling some shares....
One other quick thought - the stock was worth 12 cents a share a couple weeks ago. Doc could have made twice as much money by filing Form 144 then, not today. He said he knew filing Form 144 would cause the stock to be volatile (see the later response from Doc on LinkedIn from this afternoon). He knows the PPS is going to go up when the filings are published, IMHO. So he knows he's going to make a lot of money to reinvest into the Company, not for 5.5 cents per share.
