How the heck did this block of 7,953 get traded at 3:59.59 second on the clock at $1.50 get in as the last trade when the bid was at 1.52 and the ask was at 1.54 with 1.50 on the fourth rung down on the bid side. I just don't get it with the broker manipulation - Geeeezzzz
