I don't understand how narrow-minded to think today's filing is a beginning to the end or for a CEO to do just to enrich himself... what a pittance $1.8M for a company to be in the Billions$... a company/CEO doesn't do all that's been done the past 18 months here and go PINK CURRENT following a decade to close down or should I say close down again.
This is the first official SEC FILING in eleven years (and first 144 in company history from what I'm seeing-182 filings):

Think of this like an IPO ...
I believe on Monday 10/25 we'll see on OTC Markets , the O/S at 2,256,233,287 ... big deal, let's grow Univec, Inc. till it changes to Univec Conglomerate on Nasdaq !
Oh, and that dip to .455 at noon... wow, what an opportunity to pick up cheapies or average down... for all who did!
