A thought in regards to the S-1/A #.....????
How can that move forward at this time......????
NGIO.A SHARES.....NGIO.B SHARES....in theory aren't the Non-Tradeable Shares (that we have/don't have)the same as amount that NUGX Shares....which are Trading Daily.....
SEC may have questioned GNBT in this matter wondering why they NEVER Filed any 10 Q's under NUGX Ticker Symbol....leading us into the Silent Period....?????
So IZ it possible....????....that the SEC IZ taking a Hard Look into this matter with a Fine Tooth Comb for if GNBT did Authorize those SHARES to be Traded.....Would that not be Securities FRAUD... ????
If Krilac's statement into this regard about a passed off entity trying to get $$$$ that Joe was denying and it could be Off-Shore.....Well we know that Naked Shorting IZ usually coming from Off-Shore and the SEC can't Stop that.....
Well then again I'm not a SEC Lawyer just a guy with a BAD investment at this time & thoughts behind the Complete Silence being Complete Science.....
