There is a significant difference between a CEO commenting on something on his private FB page, that actually only his "friends" have access to, and officially making a PR statement on behalf of the company he is CEO of.
And just because he has issues "at work" does not mean that he is not entitled to have a good time in his private life. If I would always be in a bad mood in my private life, if something in my projects is not working out as it should, I would constantly sit at home crying. This is how most R&D projects happen to go from time to time. In a larger scale he is in a similar situation.
