You must be the most patient person on earth if the MM's are just getting to you now. The PPS would still be at .07 if not for the manipulation.  That's not based on market cap since penny stocks don't necessarily move on financial fundamentals.  IMO .07 would be based on TECO's "potential" and without "NSS dilution".  Make not mistake about it; TECO still has hedgie enemies that want them out of business so they never need to account for the vapor/phanthom/naked shorted shares.  There are only two reasons that these bozo's post negatively about TECO everyday; one they are either mentally ill or two; they are working for shorted hedgies and are doing everything in their power to keep buyers away.  BPD quantities and drilling services revenue is all we need to squash the bugs.  Albeit much easier said than done for the last two years.
