Apparently you forgot there's also a board of directors that oversee his decisions, and yes, he's on the board but he's only one director and not the Chairman. Regardless, he is ultimately "responsible" - no argument there, but that's not what you said. You specifically insinuated that he was at "fault" and you haven't provided a single reason why he was at "fault". As an example, he may have been "responsible" for hiring Amarex as the CRO, but he nor anyone at CYDY had access to the data. That's why they have a CRO. So why was Amarex's failure at recording and organizing the patient data (that he couldn't see) his "fault"?
