Most likely it is your computer, not the site. I had a number of problems with my laptop, which I bought in 2010, some time back. I ended up contacting the vendor (Acer) and utilized their outsourced (predictably....) support vendor. We ended up reinstalling the operating system. I am on Windows 7 as well. It was not even installed properly out of the place I bought it from. I will never buy from Best Buy again. Reinstalling the operating system is a bit of a tedious process, but if you are game, it will llikely solve your problem. M issues were resolved and the computer works much better overall. Hopefully it is not due to nasties like this site requesting your physical location, or some kind of electronic attack or virus. I have Norton 360 and it protects me well.
