Nader points out in the video that the 200 million authorized shares they have asked for will give them strength to bargain a fair buy out or partnership by indication. It’s about showing potential money to be raised if needed after a price jump from our approvals of BTD’s for Cancer and Nash as Nader mentioned. Like Nader said… if stock goes up to $10/share then we have the potential to raise 200m X $10= 2 billion dollars or whatever the stock price is at the time of negotiation. $5-$30 could be our stock price we should hope with 2 or more approvals or combination of BTD’s and EUA’s. Who knows how far we jump up in SP with speculation.
It really means that we don’t have to accept small offers and that we can move forward without them if they don’t offer a fair price to buy us or partner by indication. It’s all about bargaining strength and being treated fairly with a proper offer for our immense potential. In other words… we have a lot going on and your not going to low ball us or we will not accept your offer and move on to the next offer. More than likely we will be playing with multiple offers from multiple Big Pharmaceutical companies.
