NMG owns the rights to the solar patents now. I wonder what the paperwork on that assignment looks like. Hope to see the details in the next quarterly 10-q and annual filings. Last 10-q revealed one deconsolidation of assets. Why not keep going until nothing is left in SNPW?
So NMG is also the named partner with Blissful holdings related to a certain projected solar farm project.
If SNPW files for BK I wonder where NMG will end up beforehand now owning the patents? Who will end up the musical chair CEO of NMG in the event of BK?Maybe NMG gets suddenly gets stripped from SPNW?
