Just read a compliment on another board bragging about and defending the CEO for starting up a side company https://MSWRecycling.com competing with his own public company's subsidiary and never disclosing it to shareholders nor SEC filings.

What a disaster just watching the attempt to walk. No feet on the ground and more of a turtle crawl versus walk. Don't even want to see what the gum chewing looks like.
