Election of Director: Nader Z. Pourhassan PhD
Election of Director: L. C. Ndhlovu, M.D. PhD
Election of Director: Harish Seethamraju, M.D
Election of Director: Tanya Durkee Urbach
And I voted to increase the authorized shares.
