We need to give our management the tools they need to order enough product before we hit revenue or we will crawl through 2022 with slow sales. If we fund our production to start it off it will pay off in making bigger batches faster and larger gross sales for the year. We will experience much faster growth. This is why we need to pass our whole agenda. Some will say the compensation is to much and nit-pick this and that. The fact is these small amount of compensations will seem tiny by next year. Don’t let someone bend your ear as to compensation shares are to much. Last thing we should worry about is compensation when we are setting up this company to grow into our own pharmaceutical company.
So when it comes down to what serves us all best. It’s passing the agenda of the managements business plan. Compensation and everything else. Show the management we have their back and they will put in the time to reward us all. It’s a you scratch my back and I will scratch your back mentality in this whole world as I have always seen it and this is just how it works.
So when you decide to vote. Pass the whole agenda and let the management know we have their back. That they can go out and make us all rich from performing their business plan with all the tools we authorized for them. Vote yes on the whole agenda.
