I don't like the situation one bit, but at this point, it makes no sense to sell right now. The only thing I can really hope for is for is that they are doing something behind the scenes and it all works out.
Will I still call them out for being silent? Yes. Will I still hope they get their act together? Yes.
I've lost respect for Joe with what he has done. That being said, the company does have a legitimate product in Excellegan and that is a fact. What happens with that product is the guess of anyone right now as we have no updates. What is going on with IPO is the guess of anyone. What is going on with the IND is the guess of anyone. What is going on with the deals is the guess of anyone. Time will tell.
This all sucks royally. SEC investigation or not. I have emailed Todd twice recently and still waiting on a response. Not holding my breathe. At .15 - .16 PPS, not much more to go down. We are closing out October and soon going into November. The lack of information is telling, the drop of PPS is telling and Management going on other social media platforms chatting but not providing information is telling.
