I know because I heard it from three OTC CEOs over the years that officially a company has 45 days to deliver a Quarterly filing and 90 days for its Annual. Plus with an NT (late) filing, they can have five extra days for a Q and 15 for an Annual.
Now, I don't think a Dark company as UNVC WAS, has to follow those guideline... no actually requirements... but our UNVC is now PINK CURRENT so it will need to follow the guidelines so that it's not demoted.
