The 13D mistook the Chancery Judge as being dumb and ignorant, just as they mistook us retail shareholders as being dumb and ignorant, by some of the arguments that they made to him.
I am actually quite impressed by that Chancery Judge. He is a pretty damn sharp and intelligent judge, understanding full well what was happening in all respects on that case.
Wish I had judges like him on my cases.
