I’m the days of social media many companies hire executives or associates who control the social pages of a company. These people know the using hashtags etc gives more recognition. If using twitter and tweeting, you are talking to the people who follow you, thus they already know about univec. Adding hashtags broadens that. On LinkedIn he has a broader base of followers and acquaintances and partners. There using hashtags is not that important but stating the name of the company broadens that search ability on LinkedIn, it would be increased if mentioning the name univec led to a LinkedIn page for the company or to the website. If he was meaning an introduction to the company, a PR is most preferred as is SEC news filings. IMHO
