The problem here are the optics right now. With no news, it's the bad optics when everything is up in the air. The shareholders have no clue and when he is putting out these pictures and the stock is collapsing and shareholders are clamoring for updates, these optics are horrible.
If he wants to celebrate, he needs to do it when he provides news, not before.
