Topic of bankruptcy starting take wind on another

Looks like things are going south faster than expected. The company is insolvent according to its most recent 10-q. States if they don't meet their capital requirements by year end they could be looking at bankruptcy.
We know capital is also being solicited for the same CEO's side project for a competing waste2energy business in Mississippi.
what a lousy position to be in as a shareholder. Some explanation needed from SNPW CEO who now courting a new company competing with SNPWs major subsidiary still trying to get final approval and license from Rhode Island DEM. Otherwise, maybe shareholder action can be initiated.
