If history is any indication...
"In December 2020, federal regulators said the company operators have defrauded consumers out of more than $137 million over the past three years. FTC attorneys are seeking federal court orders freezing company assets , halting the alleged fraud scheme and awarding relief to consumers, including refunds and restitution.

But the parent company ADVFN PLC market cap is only $17M so there wouldn't be that much to freeze
FTC doesn't mess around and now it's even easier to go after people posting miss information to deceive investors, consumers, etc.
I did some DD on the company and got my DD off a messageboard.
The stock is down 95%
