I'm sure the day is coming when we'll all be comparing Admiral Levine and his/her/its accomplishments to Admiral Chester W Nimitz and what he did over the course of his long and distinguished career. The Chinese and the Russians have got to be shaking in their boots. I would be willing to bet that at this very minute they're discussing whether a preemptive surrender would be in their best interest.
