So, just so I understand this, The activist investors group argued that the SEC feels that because Cytodyn has no revenue and they could fold - that share holders need the option to elect other board members?
This is just crazy, does anyone here invested in this company not realize this is a pre revenue biotech? It is also crazy because there plan was to drive up debt to buy Incell DX for a ridiculous amount. The depths they go to while assuming us investors are that colossally dumb.
