Hold off on a PR? Sure wouldn't want to put pressure on the bureaucrats to get their asses in gear and demand production be increased like they have with so many vaccines, HELL NO, don't hold off on the PR'S its not Leo's fault its taking so long he should be sending out PR'S about the extended /Compassionate use approval by the FDA.
