Fred,
Below are my answers.

Questions. The university being done next year. You mean like it could be anytime next year? Or More like by the end of this year?

As I currently understand it, what defines done is the quality, quantity, traceability and successful repeatability of the data. New technology has to demonstrate beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is better. Why? Because there is more at stake here than we understand. It is called follow the money.

How many times have you seen and read of new technologies only to never see them materialize into public domain. (New cut-able flat plastic batteries.) Sometimes very large companies with very large pockets buy the technology and effectively bury it. My husband's favorite phrase to me was "always follow the money."

When the university has what it feels is quality enough to sustain any challenge, then they will be done. At the right time, we will know the answer. Until then it is like my daughter's favorite question, "Are we there yet?" Everyone wants to know the future, but it is not ours to know.

Best guess next year around this time.

Second question is with the SEC versus OTC do you mean that if they file with SEC it would be back on the stock market?

This is one I can't answer other than I understand that if the OTC fees are not paid to the OTC, it won't be there. They are just another business and not a Federal entity.

OTC fee payments may be something that we do or don't see. In the investment world there maybe a RUMBLE waiting in the wings. People are getting tired of what they call the "Fat Cat Tyrants of the OTC." Who knows.
