There has already been conversation... about a salary reduction...$600K I believe...etc...look into the past...starting in 2017 when Tony (C) an ex-Gilead-employee was within the ranks...How much was Pestell, Tony (C), and Nader getting paid at that time?... Nader has almost single-handedly brought us to this moment in time...and spent his own money doing it...I've been a millionaire...before 2008...it's definitely more fun...but, you take what are necessary chances... on the fly...with the information, you have at the moment...
Biotech is a Huge Gamble that seemingly pays off at about 20% of the time. That means you lose 80% of the time....in comparison...Vegas odds are at 48% you...52% the house...and that's what built the Las Vegas strip. I don't blame Nader for wanting to get paid...although my approach would lean heavily on milestones...he took less at the ramp-up and is giddy because of where we are...he's human...like us all and has faults and frailties...His/our time will come.
