Also, what is "weird" is I recall the 13D in a Zoom meeting saying that they would need to increase shares authorized from 800M to 1B, i.e., raise the authorized shares 200M.
A day or two or three later, I was surprised when the the company came out with that very same proposal to increase authorized shares 200M, from 800M to 1B, and then all of a sudden, the 13D is against their own prior proposal!
That is telling that they are opposing it only because the company is for it. Apparently, IMHO, the 13D would rather have the company in financial ruin if they are not the ones in charge of it.
