I also have been a shareholder for 15 plus years and I also have grown tired of the “carrots” . My concern was that we were constantly looking to the horizon with nothing happening - except dilution. I told Todd that it gave the perception that shareholders were being played by management especially in light of last years bonuses. I pursued the line of questioning and he assured me they- management- do not receive any money or stock. Hard to believe 2 million in cash and 5 million in stock is just sitting untouched somewhere. But he was adamant. Personally, I have been patient for 15 years and will continue to do so but if we see another round of bonuses this November or December then there needs to be an SEC investigation- for real- or litigation to hold management and the board accountable.
